Has anyone tried mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) for fibromyalgia?
Being told to 'just meditate' for a physical illness made me angry for a long time. Then I tried MBSR on my own terms when I was ready. Genuine benefit, not to the pain itself, but to my ability to function around it. It's not dismissing the physical reality — it's building capacity.
