Has anyone tried Mestinon (pyridostigmine) for ME/CFS?

Started mestinon based on Stanford ME/CFS research. Four months in — cognitive function noticeably better. Still fatigued but the post-exertional crashes seem slightly less severe. GI side effects manageable. I feel cautiously optimistic.
