Has anyone tried fludrocortisone for POTS?

Fludrocortisone alongside salt loading has kept my POTS manageable for the past year. The volume retention mechanism makes sense mechanically. Had some headaches initially as my body adjusted but settled. It's become a cornerstone of my management alongside compression.
