Has anyone tried a low-histamine diet for long COVID symptoms?
I had no idea what MCAS was before long COVID. A low-histamine diet (strict for 6 weeks, then gradual reintroduction) reduced my flushing, heart racing, and GI symptoms significantly. I now know my triggers — red wine, leftovers, aged cheese. Not a cure but genuinely life-improving.
