Low dose naltrexone changed my life is something I've read a hundred times. I finally tried it after 3 years of treatment-resistant pain. Month 4 and I would say it's taken the edge off about 30%. Not a cure, not nothing. If you're considering it — the initial dose titration was rough for me, worse sleep for about 3 weeks. Then it stabilised. Just want people to have realistic expectations.
