Has anyone tried Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir) or other antivirals for long COVID?

Tried a standard course prescribed for active infection but didn't notice any improvement in my long COVID symptoms over the following months. I know others have had success — I think I'm probably in a different mechanism subgroup. Worth trying if you can access it.
