Has anyone tried gabapentin or pregabalin for fibromyalgia?

Gabapentin caused such severe cognitive fog I couldn't work, drive, or hold a conversation. The pain relief was real — maybe 30-40% reduction — but the tradeoff wasn't worth it for me. Came off it. Some people tolerate it much better.
