Has anyone tried mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) for fibromyalgia?
I went in sceptical. An 8-week MBSR course hasn't reduced my pain scores but my relationship with the pain is completely different. I don't fight it as much, which weirdly makes the bad days more bearable. Would recommend it — not as a pain cure but as a coping foundation.
