Has anyone tried Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

LDN has been the closest thing to a game-changer I've found in 8 years of fibro. Not a cure — I still have bad weeks — but my good days are genuinely good now. Got there through a private GP, NHS wouldn't prescribe it. Worth the cost for me.
