Has anyone tried Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

After 18 months of basically nothing working, my pain specialist suggested LDN at 1.5mg. Six weeks in and my baseline pain has dropped from a 7 to maybe a 4-5. Sleep is noticeably better too. Still early but I feel cautiously hopeful for the first time in a while.
