Has anyone tried high-dose Vitamin D supplementation?
My D level was critically low (16 nmol/L). After correcting it with a loading dose and then 4000IU maintenance, my fatigue improved substantially. Hard to isolate cause and effect but the correlation was strong enough that I'm convinced. Definitely worth testing your levels.
