Has anyone tried magnesium glycinate for fibromyalgia?
This is the supplement I recommend most often to newly diagnosed people. Magnesium glycinate (not oxide) at 400mg before bed — my sleep quality is noticeably better, muscle cramps reduced. It's cheap, safe, and genuinely seems to help. Not a cure but worth trying.
