Has anyone tried the recumbent bike as exercise for POTS? Every resource says 'exercise helps' but standing/walking causes me to crash. My physio suggested starting horizontal and working up. Two months in and I can now do 20 minutes without PEM the next day. Still can't walk to the shops but it feels like progress.
