Salt loading actually helped my morning crashes

After months of barely being able to stand up in the morning, my cardiologist suggested increasing salt intake dramatically. I was sceptical but started adding electrolyte sachets to water first thing and eating salty snacks before getting out of bed. The difference after two weeks was real — I still have bad days but the full blackout feeling when standing has reduced a lot. POTS is so individual but this was worth trying.
