Has anyone tried gabapentin or pregabalin for fibromyalgia?

Pregabalin (Lyrica) took my nerve pain from overwhelming to manageable. Side effects were rough at first — weight gain, cognitive fog — but they settled at a lower dose. It hasn't helped the fatigue at all, but for pain specifically it's one of the more effective things I've tried.
